Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information and Updates
To protect the health, safety and welfare of court users and court employees, the Rhode Island Judiciary (Judiciary) continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact on court operations. The Judiciary will continue to implement safe practices in accordance with the State of Emergency declared by the Governor on March 9, 2020 as well the guidelines provided by the Rhode Island Department of Health and the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
