Admission to the Rhode Island Bar

Pursuant to Article II, Rule 10(c), Rhode Island attorneys may practice law in the form of a professional service corporation, limited liability company, or limited liability partnership, however, it may not do so unless and until it receives a license from the Supreme Court to practice law as a limited liability entity and only so long as such license remains in good standing.
