The Murray Judicial Complex law library serves the research and reference needs of the bench and the bar in the Newport County area. It is a public institution and is open to all. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The library is dedicated to the memory of Joseph T. Houlihan, a prominent attorney in the Newport area.
