This appeal arose from the grant of summary judgment to the defendant-insurer on its claim for declaratory relief. The motion justice found that the defendant was not obligated to provide coverage to the plaintiffs for their claim under an insurance policy issued by the defendant. On appeal, the Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the Superior Court, concluding that the plaintiffs claim fell within a policy exclusion.
