WORKERS’ COMPENSATION COURT
In accordance with RIGL 28-30-22 and 42-35-3, notice is hereby given that the Medical Advisory Board of the Workers’ Compensation Court will meet on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. in Room 4M, Garrahy Judicial Complex, One Dorrance Plaza, Providence, Rhode Island, for public hearing with regard to Protocols for Low Back Musculoligamentous Injury (Sprain/Strain), Herniated Lumbar Disk, Post Traumatic Headache (formerly Post Concussion Syndrome), Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Acoustic Trauma, and Work Hardening.

Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Office of the Administrator, Medical Advisory Board, at (401) 458-3460 no later than seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the hearing. Entrance to the building at this hour will be through the rear personnel doors. Attendees may be asked to sign in.
The time period for public comment will be extended
to Friday, June 13, 2008.

Such additional items shall be for informational purposes only and may not be voted on except where necessary to address an unexpected occurrence that requires immediate action to protect the public or to refer the matter to an appropriate committee or to another body or official.
