Supervised Parenting Time

The court provides Supervised Parenting Time when ordered by a Judge Parenting Time takes place at the Garrahy Judicial Complex during business hours and has recently been extended to evenings and Saturday's. The reasons for referral vary from alleged abuse to reunification of parent or grandparent(s) with child(ren).

One hour, once a week, is reserved for the non-custodial parent and their child/ren.

Parenting Time starts at 4:15pm, Monday through Thursday, and generally ends between 8-9pm depending on the age of the child. The Saturday Times start at 9:30am and continue until 3pm.
